Suuuuuuuup! I've been o.k. Crawling through a bout of dysphoria, thinking I -really- need to see a therapist, but it would be so complicated.  So yeah other than that, things have been same-ol' same-ol'.

I've been having fun, but my tummy is giving me the run around, so I'm not having as much fun as I could be.  I swear, I've got enough antacids and alka-seltzer than I know what to do with.  I can't even sleep well...so my four day weekend was kind of blah.  I was so looking forward to sleeping...

back to the daily grind tomorrow...ugh.

Yes, that's the way it's been for me lately, including a couple of trips out of town. In a sense nice change, but it interferes with real life (like what we have here).

I wish i had a contract to be androgyne like a job get payed to be me:) or is it you pay to be part of an androgyne group? I'd love to meet peeps IRL who were like me so far its only you peeps and another forum many of you are also on

well then,

• Don't lie down until about 3 hours after eating.
• Don't over eat.
• Stay away from spices, caffeine, alcohol and other irritants.
• Eat zantac 150's twice a day.

that's a very nice speech.  I was already doing all of those things...that's almost creepy though...all the way down to the Zantac!  there's that 'in your head' thing again...
