I was looking through the Rule book last night and there is nothing about dress codes. All they want to do is a have a nice peaceful community. However, I did find a section on Loitering. That's where this whole problem kidn of started. Female neighbors were meeting out at a porch directly in sight from where my window is, and I spend a lot of time at my stereo, and at times I would glance out my window. One evening when I was getting my mail, I went over and offered my chair if they wanted it. Just being a good neighbor. Three women, two chairs. Then I got that notice about staring and about the behavior problems. However I haven't sene them meeting there for a while now, because it's against the rules for them to be loitering at a porch. Rule says if you have guests, entertain them inside your apartment.

I'm just going to let it ride. Unfortunately I'm a minority here.
