Hamtramck ordinance question has to change

The ordinance prohibits discrimination in housing, employment and city
contracting against a range of groups, including gay, lesbian,
bisexual and transgendered people.
State officials said an appropriate replacement would be: "Shall the
city of Hamtramck Ordinance 2008-9 remain in effect?"
Mayor Karen Majewski said Wednesday evening that she hadn't been told
about a language problem.
