Should sex changes be allowed for all those who so desire?

Last week, Viet Nam News asked readers their opinions on the Government's recent decree allowing those with sexual problems, such as hermaphrodites and those with ambiguous genitalia, to redefine their gender. However, the decree does not permit homosexuals with normal reproductive organs to change their sex. The topic has generated a lot of interest with Vietnamese people.
