That sounds like a crash diet leading to Hell.
I don't know the weight goal you're aiming for and where you're starting out, but with the way you're trying to do things you're just going to end up making yourself ill. While on your diet you'll lose weight fairly quickly, you'll gain it back just about as quickly (and possibly more than you started with) when you start eating normal again, and thats if you don't get an eating dissorder.
A breakfast bar isn't going to cut it for breakfast. You body needs that morning meal to get everything going. When you skip out on that its like trying to start a car without any gas. Try eating a boiled egg with some toast and a glass of milk or juice, that way you're not stuffing yourself with fats and oils, but you're not starving either.
I can't say much for lunch because I just grab a protein shake and call it good, but at least munch on an apple or something to get you 'till dinner.
And while porportioning your food is a good idea, there's a dark side to it, and you're crossing over to the dark side.
Instead of having 'Anything' you want for dinner in small portions, just eat heathy foods in normal servings. Have a salad or a soup with low trans fats, have some type of meat to keep protein in your body, because protein burns fat and builds muscle and is VERY important in any diet.
If you want a dessert to cure a sweet tooth then get natural sugars out of fruits, not from candy and pop.
AND STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY DRINKS!!!
Get up and go jogging for a little bit. If you dont like exercising in public (I dont, and I can't pay for a gym membership either) then run in place inside your house, do some crunches and pushups and just try to stay moving.
Freespeechz has already pointed out that starving yourself is just going to mess you up and cause muscle loss. Its just not worth it in the long run.
You've more than likely heard all of that before and tried it and said it didn't work, but you're not going to get results in a couple of weeks. Give it a couple of Months before you start looking for results, and stay off the Scale. Some stupid machine telling you how much you weigh every five minutes is not going to help you or make you feel better. Its fine to check once in a long while, but not every other day. Weights fluctuate all the time for many different reasons. Don't just automatically think, "Sh!t! I've gained weight!" You might be retaining water or something simple like that.
Sorry if that all seemed stupid and a repeat of hundreds of people, but it works without hurting your body.
Note: I am not a doctor or a nutritionist or anything like that, but I know the difference between a healthy choice and an unhealthy choice.
