Kolestani indicted by grand jury

A man, originally thought to have been a woman, will be arraigned in
Twin Falls 5th District Court next Monday.
Originally 42-year old Majid Kolestani was awaiting a preliminary
hearing before a local magistrate but a grand jury was convened and
indicted him on 1st degree a murder charge, which automatically binds
him over to district court.
