MD voters 'up the creek' on gender identity law

http://www.onenewsnow.com/Legal/Default.aspx?id=245326
9/10/2008

Under the controversial "gender identity" law, a man would be allowed
to walk into a women's restroom or shower room claiming he believes
himself to be a woman, essentially opening the door for rape or sexual
molestation.

"A group that supports rights for cross-dressing transsexuals came
into court at the last minute and raised a number of technical
objections, many of them quite far-fetched," says Alliance Defense
Fund attorney Jordan Lorence.

I thought this was Montghomery Co, not Baltimore. And nice to see that ONN is sticking to their "this is gonna allow predators in the shower and public toilets.

These goofballas are not gonna get it until there are literally "two or three gathered together." People are tired of your crap!!

The article says '900,000 petition signers'...

Are there that many registered voters in Montgomery County?

CRG turned in roughly 27,000 'signatures' (in single quotes due to questions about the validity of a portion of the signatures submitted.)  900,000 goes in to 27,000 33 times.  Or, to put it another way, 27,000 is 3% of 900,000.

So One News Now is AT LEAST an accessory to bearing false witness...

What is a "crossdressing transsexual"? I would be crossdressing if I wore men's clothes. But why would I want to do that? And even if I did, what would that have to do with anything? Do these people have a screw loose? Sheesh.
Here's what I find about compromise--
don't do it if it hurts inside,
'cause either way you're screwed,
eventually you'll find
you may as well feel good;
you may as well have some pride

When I was in MD, some men apologized me, going out to check the door of restroom, even though I did not wear skirt or makeup. They were embarrassed, and I was embarrassed. This kind of embarrassment never happened when I use women's.

Predation can happen at any place, not just at restroom. Is there any statistics indicating that predation happens more in restroom than other places? I don't know.

Yes. I am a crossdressing transsexual.

Just do it.

If someone wanted to attack someone in a woman's restroom the fact it's a womens restroom wouldn't stop them anyways, wether laws against it or not
Every day we pass people, do we see them or the mask they wear?
If you live under a mask long enough, does it eventually break or wear down?  Does it become part you?  Maybe alone, they are truly themselves?  Or maybe they have forgotten or buried themselves so long, they forget they are not a mask?
