Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, a nonprofit group aimed at providing support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in the workplace, concluded its annual four-day summit Saturday at the Austin Convention Center. More than 2,200 professionals from all over the country descended on Austin to take part in workshops and hear speakers such as the Huffington Post Web site's Arianna Huffington, Texas Monthly's Evan Smith, "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy's" Carson Kressley and business leaders.
