Mango's Return Policy?

I got a CyberHarness and a packy from Mango.  Let's just say it's not up to my standards lol.  What is their return policy? How do I get refund?

I don't like their harness just by how flimsy it looks...

I hope the packy's okay, though. I ordered a similar kind from Early2Bed. I'm sure it's better than a sock, so I probably won't return it.

Yeah I emailed them, but if they respond as slow as they ship I'm in trouble  :laugh:

How long did they take to deliever to you Brady? I ordered the cybercock from there and the harness and its been a month now, I know I live in the UK but a month!!! GRRRR!!!! The longest I expected as three weeks!

The cybercock itself isn't that bad, there are much worse ones out there and it does hold body heat which a lot of the others don't but the harness is a pile of c**p in my opinion, spent ages trying to suss it out with my GF and gave up in the end.
