Fundie Peter LaBarbera reads The Bilerico Project!

It seems right-wing Fundie Peter LaBarera, the President of Americans for Truth about Homosexuality, loves to read the Bilerico Project! The Peter put up a rather twisted article called "Sarah Palin, 'Daddy's Roommate' and the Left's Hypocrisy on 'Book Burning'" which opens with this zinger of a line:

    Americans For Truth President Peter LaBarbera today charged liberal activists with rank hypocrisy in accusing GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin of "book burning" because she or her constituents once expressed concerns about controversial books such as Daddy's Roommate in the Wasilla Public Library.

Care to guess where he links back to for "book burning"? Why, my post about the Palin Book Banning Controversy of course. But in true fundie style (and maybe taking a page out of Palin's playbook), it seems that the Peter didn't actually read the post- I never mention book burning at all. So much for being an "American for Truth", eh Peter? I wonder if this is an example of that "truthiness" that the right-wingers are running the McCain/Palin campaign on...

I never heard of Bilerico until I saw it mentioned in a couple of threads here. I now have it bookmarked. Thanks for this.
