I dont know if this has been a topic before but I didnt see it.

If you have top surgery w/out T is there any chance that they could grow back? I want to have my top surgery before T if possible. By law do they let you do that? If I did do this I would start T around 6ish months after my surgery.

Lots of guys get top surgery before T, esp. those with larger chests.  As long as you have your therapist's letter you should be fine. Though I think some docs don't require that.  No law; just the HBSOC (Harry Benjamin Standards of Care) that most therapists and surgeons follow (though not to the letter; they use them as guidelines, not law).

Yes and no.

There is no possible way to get every cell of breast tissue.  If you are not on testosterone (or go off it for whatever reason) those cells of breast tissue can multiply, but it's highly unlikely to amount to any significant or noticeable amount of breast tissue.

All I know is that it IS possible. A buddy of mine had top surgery before T.
