I keep wondering where the catch is.  Everyone is accepting me.  Everyone is being nice.  The head of student life found me a counselor that has dealt with trans issues, and got her covered by my insurance.  My teachers are all willing to use my chosen name and pronouns.  They gave me a new student ID.  I'm just wondering when this is going to explode in my face.

Maybe never.  Maybe tomorrow.  Your just going to have to keep on going to find out.  Life's funny like that.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

The mind can be our own worst enemy, honey. And can create problems where none exist.

Rather than being suspicious, take what you have and run with it. Let it give you confidence, self-belief, and that in itself may influence events in your life equally as much.

Keep your head up, and look to the future of possibility, rather than searching for the sword of Damocles waiting to fall. *hugs* Positive mental attitude, honey. :)

Above all... remember: you are beautiful, you are valuable, and you have a shining spark of magnificence within you. Don't let anyone take that from you. Embrace who you are. <3

No problems at all? Then don't call any up.

There are others who have few if any. Others have lots. Most of us are in-between somewhere: some problems, but usually not simply devastating ones.

Go outside and count your lucky stars!! Tomorrow, says the weatherman, it's supposed to rain. Well, somewhere he's saying that!! :)

My school refused to give me a new ID. Said I had to have legal proof of a name change (I'm in college).  :-\

Live in the now. As long as things are going great, don't let what could happen hinder your happiness. I'm sure everything will continue to be wonderful for you.
