Start with a therapist.

Yea, a therapist who knows which end of gender is which is probably the best spot to start at. Initially I started at an endo which did no good at all because he wanted me to talk to a therapist.

I think a lot of it depends on what you want to do.

If hormones is what you wanted to do and they feel that it is right for you, they will write you a letter that you would take to either a GP (if they are willing to prescribe hormones) or the GP would refer you to an endocronologist.  I think there's a whole bunch of information about this in the Wiki.

By the way, why do you have your shirt off in your profile?  Love the hair.  Also, you're cute there, so I think you would probably end up making a pretty decent looking girl.

Before you do anything you should do some research on this "sex change thing" and come up with a reason why you would want to persue it.
