As I have written in my previous thread our healtcare system can supply SRS about two years after the demanded two recomendations from gendertherapists. Other issue is that in our system some plastic surgeons perform those surgeries as a side job. I have been thinking that perhaps a surgeon with more experience and routine could be better. However I do not want to travel to Thailand. Could somebody please advice me what to do?

You really don't want to have SRS, from someone who does it once and a while.  How about Canada or US.  Closer then Thailand and there are a number of doctors that for them that's all they do.  Ok it costs more but not that much more abd the results you get you'll have to live with for the rest of your life.
