This topic reminds me of the proposition a male-bodied friend of mine made.  If it were possible, she would love nothing more than to trade bodies with me.  The biggest caveat I could think of is explaining *that* to my family (heck, makes being trans sound perfectly normal by comparison) and having to deal with graduating with a degree I have no interest in (unless I could also convince the university that I did indeed switch bodies and am not a crazy person).

Oh I'd be delighted to trade in for a smaller model, but I'm not sure anyone would want my body. 27, 6'1", in proportion, outwardly quite female appearing, B cup, slender limbs, sterile and shrunken by 2 1/2 years on HRT, voice capable of bass range, huge clown feet, astigmatism, 25 remaining teeth, and caffeine intolerance, how does that sound. Mmm I didn't think so.

Even still, having a body that's physically in between overall is much much better than being in one that's completely wrong.
