A quick but meaningful question

Where is a "group marriage" legal and hopefully respected?

To explain what I mean as I am pretty sure "group marriage" is the appropriate term but just in case... I(M2F) have gone from nothing to two others both male. I wish to fine a legal arrangement that ensures legal rights between us. I explicitly wish to ensure my partners have a legal say should anything happen to me. Especially medical things.

Would anyone have any ideas, suggestions or the like?

I hope that nowhere. Really. You judge other people because they are poor or pasifist but support such a dreadfull issues like group marriage. It makes me sick. The God meant marriage between two people.

I disagree. I believe God doesn't care who gets married or to how many, as long as everyone respects each other. That doesn't include Mormons to me because I think they expect the women to be subservient and they seem to have no respect for children's rights or safety. but that may just be some extremists.

Legally, I believe a Will is the answer.  They are very hard for someone to go against. No one can prevent you from taking care of whomever you so choose.

I think its legal in some mideast states, but only as done under sharia law, so that ain't gonna work for you.  In the US.  No way.

However, there are LLPs (Limited Liability Partnerships) and Power of Attorney grants, that might get you part of the way there.

I think Tekla's right, from what I've heard of US law, you'd have to use LLP law, which is a variation of business law. Marriage is really an economic union anyway.

Hrm, ^*nods* it does look like a case of giving up on the formal marriage idea and making sure there is a good web of legal documentation. Thank you all for your thoughts, they are most appreciated.
