To all of you that have responded to Pam in the last few days, and those of you who may still, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It truly amazes me the genuine emotion that comes from the people of this place. Even though we all only speak through threads on a computer, there are times when you can feel the friendship and concern that we have for one another. There are some people we may become closer to than others through here, but as a whole, I have never witness such a supportive group of people in my life. I normaly stick with posting in the FtM area, but saw all this out pouring of support for Pam here and wanted to let you all know how much it means to her, and me. She is going through hell with Danny the insane loser just trying to get through a divorce. He has dragged me into the case, and I am trying to find out if there is any legal action I can take against him and or his lawyer. The opening statement during their custody hearing was "I don't know what to call it, a man or a woman" speaking of me of course. I ask you what do I have to do with their custody issues? There are soooooooo many stories that surround just that topic, but I will stick to what is at hand. But if there is a trans legal expert out there let us know. Again thank you all so much.

Isnt there a clear case for legal action against ex?     It sounds like such blatent open discimination. Keep us posted.

I have to agree with this myself.  We are a family.  If one person starts having trouble, others will step in and help them out.  I feel so blessed to be a part of this family.

There is a partner organization I do some volunteer work for in PA called "the center for Gay and lesbian rights" They help a lot of T's in my area with name change, discrimenantion, etc issues.......

I can see (if you want) and I am sure they can give me a good resource in your area.

Thanks you guys. And Chynna, send me what you got. Pams lawyer told me yesterday that what is said in the court is pretty much open game. But he said persue it if I like. He does not know. I will PM you about what was said if you missed it in the other thread.

I already talked (mentioned) it to my lawyer (he IM's me all day "attraction thing") And he said if you guys get the right lawyer that Mr. mans comments can actually be used against him to damage his case. (depending if what the main premisises of the statment was made in regards to) But I'll get more specifics from you when you PM Me and fill him in and I'll se what I can come up with on the other end!

Good luck, Pam and Marco!  I hope that this whole thing blows over soon...and I hope that Jerky McPrickerton's comments blow up in his face.  He sounds like he really deserves it.  I can't stand to see people try and break up parent-child relationships for their own gain, especially when it's for the purpose of making others miserable.
