on hair reduction??I will eventually have breast implants because i can't wait any longer,I've waited a long timeI want to feel some how more feminine "immediately"... so if  reduce estrogens will I have a less effect on hair reduction??? Are anti-androgens do the mian job?Or it 's also form estogens??? THNX .....

 Both have the ability to lower androgen levels therefore both contribute to hair reduction,
as long as you keep the androgen levels down the effect should be the same regardless of which
med. is doing the work....but if your going to lower your E doses, be mindful to keep E levels in the female range
because of some nasty side effects that can sneak up on you.

I've had very little effect when i was on only oestradiol.  From my experience androgen levels are the important thing

My piece of advice:
Don't rush into implants, you are young and you will likely have good
development, and even if you happen to want implants afterwards it is
recommended to wait at least 4 years. I know this sound way too long but
if you have implants now, you aren't able to predict how much more development
will happen and therefore you might even find them too big. I don't know about
your height or frame, but remeber to keep proportion between hips and breasts,
particulary if you are tall.
As for the hair reduction: oestradiol has little affect, and anti-androgens are way
more important.

I would agree with you had you said that Estradiol has little effect when compared to antiandrogens in a short time period, or like Jenny had said that E alone didn"t have much of an effect on her (which could be for a number of reasons), however to say that E has little effect period is not accurate.

How E will cause this is science not opinion. If you give a natal male the effective dosage of E the brain interprets the cause of excess estrogen as being too much aromatase activity, and in an attempt to balance the hormones the pituitary gland stops releasing luteinizing hormone which is causing leydig cells in the testes to produce T. keeping the E levels up over time will lower T levels into a female range. It is the androgen levels effecting the hair growth not the magic pill that got the levels there. Keira (a well admired member of this forum for her knowledge, among other things) wrote this in a previous thread and I think it should be stated here also:

"The main reason for using spiro is that allows for a smaller dose of E
to effectively shut down the testes, with the added bonus of
immediate demasculinisation you don't get with estrogen
(you would have to wait till E shuts down the testes to get that)."

Now the poster wrote in a previous thread that she had been on AA's for a year so she likely has androgen levels in the female range by now, so she has room to make adjustments. but where her health is concerned she should not try to maintain low E levels and low androgen levels.

Like preveously said... do not rush into implants as breast growth is not linear and changes from person to person .... let the meds do the work for fair amount of time as time is also another variable from one to another. Sometimes you could get a burst of growth that will surprise you but also wish it didn't take off so quickly as it did !  On on the topic of Antiandrogens, yes its very much needed for the full effects of feminization to take place, just remember to do all of this under a doctors supervision only.
