The unsettled mind never able to be content.

The never peaceful inner body feeling.

The hopelessness of knowing I can never be who I really am. (due to my personal circumstances)

being perceived as a male, and the assumptions that some people make based on that physical appearance
balding on top
hair on chest
that people get so bent out of shape if I choose to wear a dress

Phrasing it in the opposite manner, what do you most like about being a bio-guy, would result in a MUCH shorter list.

What do you most like about being a bio-guy:

1. ?

See, much shorter.

For me it is the whole set of assumptions that people make about me.

I live in a largely working class(Blue-Collar) city which has a long history of macho behaviour.
I hate having to hide my femininity.  Having to deny your inner most self is soul destroying!

See, much shorter.

The fact that I have three beautiful children. Nothing else.

As a bio/identifying guy...

Positives
1) Not being a "token" in field of math.
2) Easy masturbation.
3) Not being a "token" in anything, really.  It's not that often society talks about male exceptions.
4) Never being *expected* to wear a skirt/dress that can be cumbersome.
5) Not being hit on by every creep trying to get into someone's pants.
6) I never had to worry about a clothing gift that would make me look like a person of easy virtue.
7) Along the lines of #4, not being expected to wear make-up or high-heels.  Huzzah!

Negatives
1) As mentioned earlier, wearing a dress is pretty much forbidden for serious purposes.  Generally I don't want to wear them, but there's times it'd be damned nice.  It may not stop me, though.
2) Facing pressure to bulk up.  This stipulation seems to have abated with time, though.
3) Being expected to be a man-whore.  Like #2, this seems to have declined in time.
4) Typically being treated as a man-whore whenever I'm friendly with a female that's of age for dating, even when I'm just being friendly.  Of course, if the female of interest gives me that sort of treatment, she's probably sexist and/or an idiot anyway, and I likely wouldn't be good friends with them.  Of course, most women and men seem to be sexists and/or idiots, so life gets pretty frustrating...

Testosterone. Hands down.
Makes me feel destructive and makes me feel like I've got a war going on inside myself. Especially as a teen, expected to be destructive and malevolent.
Its simply not me.

I have one eyebrow (think Bert from Sesame Street) that actually curls around the sides of my eyes. I have the ends and the middle.

Only one thing... it brought me here, and I've met some wonderful people I wouldn't have otherwise.

That's it.

I hadn't thought of it that way. Thanks, Leiandra. :)

I hate having to drink milk straight out of the box. Just really bugs me. ;)

I think the expectations around being a male bug me the most.

omgosh yea, I was just telling my roommate (ex-girlfriend) the other day that I'm tired of saving her from problems and I wish I was  the one that didn't have to keep a level head just because I was the "guy".  Well, I did just remember that she doesn't mind me curling up with her arm around me when I get in a real down mood and I'm crying my eyes out over stuff I can hardly explain to her.

Well, I'm not TS, so I can't say I really hate being a bio-guy, but... I often think it would be nice if the stuff in my pants were truly retractable. I tuck, but it's not always that comfortable for me. I really envy women in that they can just cross their legs any way they want and all.

Having to admit that I ever was a bio-guy. The fact that I have to try to convince every one that I am a woman drives me into an almost unrecoverable depression. Then even if and when I convince them that I am in fact a female with a body abnormality I feel like I then have to seek validation from them, Which brings me to my second and third things I hate most.

Facial hair I F!&%@&$ HATE IT!

The protrusion in my lower region. I'll give it to the first bidder.
