Heard from my lawyer and all is moving forward.  I head to her office to sign papers tonight and then they will be filed by the end of the week.  Will have to then wait for a week or two for the outcome.

Also heard from the ACLU today and gave them the contact info for my lawyer.

All at once or nothing at all I guess.
