Good morning and hello.
I am new here and was wondering if there are any honest or reputable online pharmicies.
The prices always seem much lower than those in the city and it woudl be helpful to keep costs down as much as possible without risking any health problems or not getting exactly what I should.

Susan's does not support self medication, please see a doctor and get a prescription.  It could be less expensive in the long run.

Rule 8 follows:

8. The discussion of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and it's medications are permitted, with the following limitations:

A. Advocating for or against a specific medication or combinations of medications for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
B. Discussing the means to acquire HRT medications without a prescription, and self medication without a doctors care is prohibited.
C. Discussing dosages is strongly discouraged to prevent information obtained on this site from being used to self medicate.

We can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.

Already have a prescription for a hormone regimen; I am just starting. The online pharmacies seem to have better pricing. Have you not seen this?

I am happy you have a prescription and will have a doctor monitoring your blood levels.  It looks like you have been researching the web for potential sites to obtain these hormones, I hope you pick one that requires a prescription.

I have not heard of any problems specifically with local vs online pharmacies, but you may want to be aware that the online prices are for generics that are often produced overseas.  The lowest prices are for drugs coming from India or Israel.  Often these are from companies that are not paying royalties to the developers of the drugs.  So there is the possibility of your shipment being siezed in customs.  Also you may need greater lead time to receive them.
