I am starting hormones and hoping for the best possible reaction from my parents that I can get. I am asking of you all, no actually, I beg that you pray for me (and others who are in a similar situation) and that this all goes according to my plan. Congratulations Princess_Jasmine on making the big leap to starting hormones and I do pray (as Wendy C noted ... I also gave myself to Christ the Lord almost a year ago now and have been moving forward myself eevr since) so I'll say a prayer for you that everything goes well with your parents and your plan.  Be true to yourself and follow your heart, everything else will follow.

I hope all goes well, just make sure you have a realistic exit strategy. This won't be worth it if you end up kicked out on the street with no money and nowhere to go.

Thank you all very much for your prayers and support. For now, I have decided to stop hormones until I am in a position where I can take hormones in the open without having to stop once I have breasts developing. I am hoping for my father to come around, and as you all may know things have not gone well at all since I came out but he seems to have toned the anger down a bit. But he is not comfortable at all with me displaying any signs of my femininity (walk talk) and I am definitely not in a position where I can grow out my hair and pluck my eyebrows sooo...time will tell where this life will lead I guess.

about a year i believe if everything goes according to plan. right now i am just saving my money and hopefully everything will be ok but im just hating waiting a year because i feel like i wont get as good results the older i get. i just turned 19 and i dont like the fact that as each day goes by, I lose out on a chance to break free and be me. thank you all for your support it means so much to me
