So...I'm new to all of this.  I'm male but I recently started to tend toward a femme outlook and behavior.  It really started to get to me when I went to college and had the freedom to express myself.  Nothing really bothered me, and it still doesn't, but I do think that I'm more comfortable with myself when I can lean toward the center and be gender neutral, if not slightly femme.  I read the Lesbian Song on DeviantArt and could immediately relate to it.  I envy women because of their looks.  I'm still...exploring, I guess.  I'll be around for a while and I hope to meet some new people.

Androgynes don't seem to be created equally, and some don't call themselves androgynes at all, though many of us seem to share a certain sense of humour and a love of changing the topic. Some of us like myself have fairly strong femme leanings, so don't feel like you need to squeeze yourself exactly into a box. Be open to change. Self discovery often opens doors we did not know were there.

Nice to meet you.  I am pretty new here myself, and have been spending a bit of time looking around the various forums and going pretty far back here in the androgyne forum.  One thing I can tell ya-- this forum is the most fun!!  Nothing stays serious for long, and threads tend to drift rather abruptly.  The characters on the board here are quite entertaining, and always good for a laugh, while at the same time being rather thought provoking.  Explore.  Enjoy!
