I kick a bunch of bad habits, and pick up a bunch of good ones.
Ok for real...
1) Go to the gym regularly, again. At least I already got a jump start a little over a week ago, and I'm still at it!
2) Stop eating junk, again.
3) Come out to my dad and my guy friends.
4) Start HRT.
5) Try to double up my hours per month of electrolysis so my face isn't so disgusting for a whole extra year.
And the one that's going to feel the best of all:
6) Bury my boy-mode persona for good.
Tonight I went to a friend's new years party, and I let the real me come out, not physically but socially. It was great! I've never felt like I could actually talk to other people and relate in any kind of normal way, but tonight I wasn't the quiet one in the corner for a change. It's going to take a lot of work to fully come out of my shell. But every time I do peek out from behind that shell, I end up feeling more and more like a real person.
