House rules go gender neutral

Via Amanda Terkel, here's a bit of the changes to the House's rules:

They went gender neutral, which is great. It recognizes the fact that many people in Congress are women and moves away from the idea that men are the more appropriate/normal/default sex of Congresscritters or people in general.
