Hey guys iv always wear a bra inside my house but i only had one and u should have seen it. The thing didnt help me at all no way.  Well when ever i went out i used a old vest what i did was cut it at the bottom like a bandage but that just cut my back to bits and it was very painful and i couldnt wear it to bed. But yesterday my sister got me 2 sports bras iv had sports bras before but they never help. They keep everything into plce there cunfterbal and its just like useing my vest but so much better

Sports bras are the only thing I can use at the moment and they work somewhat. I think I'm too big chested to have a masculine chest by binding or sports bras. But for the time being until I get my breasts removed they work decently

like i said i used u use a old vest and it was very bad for my back i cant have a hair cut without having my back go into spasem cuz i had it so tight. altho the sports bra dosnt make them flat flat... it makes them un noticabal and more cunfterbal to wear i dont get bra sizes so i can tell u what size they are off the top of my head. but there pretty big.. and using this sports bra helps keep them in place.. and as i wear baggy t shirts there not really noticalble and what i thought they would be.. I will take pics show the effect. my sports bras are small and i cant really say im a small porson (lil chubby around the belly LOL) anyways i can still breath Lol even tho there small im trying to lose waight as that can make ur  brests smaller a lil. the vest i had tho i made it so tight i could never breath... and like i said my back got really bad so its pretty gd that i got this.. my back might have got much worse. But yep there do for now...
