hi everybd,
just wanted to know ,the first time you saw yourself completely made over was it what you expected? i hope im not offending anyone cause thats not my intention at all, but the way i see myself somtimes may not actually be reality. i guess when you want something so bad your perception is often clouded. i imagine what i would look like, but have actually never been made over. its something i would love to do, just never have had the right moment. someday soon though, im very excited . alot of other things are going on in my life right now , of course thats been my whole life , but really want this moment  to be a very special one . i know that true beauty is on the inside but i sure dont wnt to look in the mirror and say " oh my god what were you thinking", i have been secretly feminizing my body for about three yrs now so when i arrive at my so called moment ill be sure to take a picture and smile what ever the outcome.

I found for best results it's good to have a friend photograph you and then look at the photo.  We each have a minds eye of what we should appear like.  Even after being on HRT for many months the minds eye will say "Still a guy" (Assumng MtF that is)  However a photo will look somewhat different as its not a reflection and we'll see ourselfs from a slightly different perspective.

I found it amaizing the first time I saw a photo of me that was all girl. I was dumbfounded. It was a real ego boost.  Before that no matter how hard I tried I still saw the old me.  That was about 7 months after starting hrt

Might give it a try.

I have a downright respectable beard.  I've had my share of surgeries.  I don't look in the mirror and think about how male I look.  In fact, I don't think my face looks much different at all.  I don't have much of a reaction, to be honest.  The best way I can describe it is that now how I look is a non-issue whereas in ladydrag, something was shockingly wrong.

I had a professional makeover just before going full time.  I look at the pictures often.  I have changed my style  since then.  It was the best thing that I did.
