Job searching is a job in and of itself! To get the job that is perfect for you, it isn't enough to have the skills to do the job; you also need to know how to get the job. This workshop will cover effective job search techniques and provide ready-to-use tools to help you plan, prepare for, and track job opportunities.  It will also address specific concerns that may come up for members of the transgender community, such as whether, when, or how to disclose that you have a previous name, and deciding whether/how you want to be out at work. By the end of the workshop, each participant will have a practical job search action plan. (Open to all members of the transgender community.
