But I have to share one comment out of the bunch on this article. It should be framed and memorized...

4) some of the more wittier and snarkier posters will make witty and snarky comments about Elvis being one of the original cross-dressers
5) reasonable people will discuss the issue with respect and considerable insight; someone in this bunch will bring up scientific and/or biological evidence for gender and gender identity
6) teacher bashers will blame the teachers for this travesty
7) some posters will blame the family, the Democrats, Obama, Al Gore, liberals, and/or gay marriage
oh, and at least one person will compare this issue with what's happening in "Cali" and demand that all supporters of gender identity equity move out of Alaska and go back to Cali or whatever...
9) several posts will be deleted because they will use foul language, make personal attacks about the speakers, or against transgender folks
