ramen noodles. left to my own devices, i eat ramen noodles and my famous 'breadless' peanut butter and jam sandwhiches (jar of peanut butter + jar of jam + spoon) everyday.
Now I know where to send all the strawberry and raspberry jam, I'm served. The rest of your list is OK. I had a philosophy professor, Frijhof Bergman, who lived on cabbage one entire winter. Scott and Helen Nearing wrote a book based on the premise, that one should spend no more time preparing food that eating it. I, myself, eat the same dish daily: sliced banana and strawberries, blueberries, chopped nuts, grape nuts, unsalted popcorn, and milk.
But when my first fiance announced she would cook nothing but steaks and roasts when we were married, I knew I had to take an active role in the kitchen. That was the night my parents met our train at midnight and brought us home to a big bowl of homemade spaghetti.
Eat! eat! my child,
