It's been a while, so I'll update.

I started testosterone 30 days ago. I'm on a really small dose so the only real change is in my voice.

Your face definitely has changed, perhaps it was the angle as none of your previous photos were full-on, or maybe even the clothing as you don't look deathly skinny in a bigger shirt, but I could hardly tell you were the same guy.
