With spring training ramping up, I thought I'd just see if there were any other Red Sox fans (or baseball fans) around here... Even though I grew up on the West Coast, I've been a Red Sox fan since I was about 10 years old; I've been to Fenway twice, and also to games in Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and Cincinnati. My favorite current Red Sox player is David Ortiz, and my all-time favorite is Pedro Martinez...

Who else around here is part of Red Sox Nation?

Red Sox, no thank you, I watch the National League where they play real baseball, LOL.  And my two favorite teams are the Giants and who ever is playing the Dodgers.

Giants are going to need more than luck, but the DH rule sucks, it ain't real baseball, make it much more easy.

And the Red Sox have no trouble against the National League, its that they only get past the Yankees a couple times every century or so.

Since I was a kid.  I feel sorry for Red Sox fans.

Slow learners?

By some quirk of fate I am home plate umpire for the Red Sox v Giants game this week end.

Ohhh its little league Senior division btw but the kids sure look good in the full uniforms !

Last week I did Nationals v Giants, which the Giants won 5-4 in the 7th.
