well, I suppose it's natural to wonder about how to approach a trans on trans relationship or a trans on bio one for that matter.

I wouldn't worry so much about it. I think it's unlikely they'll ask you to name off parts of they're body that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I know I personally don't like to draw attention to my um uhh "girl parts" so I mean I wouldn't even bother asking but that could be just me >_>

I'm sure they'll ask about how you feel about your body, especially if things begin to get hot and heavy, but YOUR body doesn't have to be related to THEIR body.  does this make any sense?

It doesn't really in my mind. If a guy has a penis, that relates back to me and makes me feel terrible.

So then don't date people with penises.  Just don't tell people you're dating them because they don't have a penis.

For instance, I don't date people who aren't intelligent and possess a great since of humor, but I haven't ever told anyone I wouldn't date them because they're dumb and unfunny.
