You work for the company and have no shame. What you do doesn't bother you, it's just business as usual. So lots of innocent lives will be lost. You still have a job that you're getting paid well for, and if more people die for this immoral cause, you have more subjects to study! The aliens obviously hate you, and if they were to escape you would have no protection unless you joined up with a group. You're the only one who knows the way out, though, and you would most likely ditch the others once you felt safe and take off, leaving them to die.
