An experienced therapist can give you a good idea on FFS, but really you need to wait for HRT to see what it does for you first. Some things may be obvious now, but some things will disappear and be unnecessary.

For 5 foot7 or so, 130 pounds is unreasonable really. That is very skinny for a male body, unhealthy even. For a genetic woman maybe, but for you, no. Expect 20 pounds more than a genetic woman, at least for now. Don't worry, it's not visible, it's just heavier bones and muscle density.

One year on HRT may be more than enough, or not nearly enough. Depends entirely on the person. I have noticed for many it seems really they really start changing around the one year mark.
