Yes, I admit it... I'm addicted to horror films. Good or bad, gory or funny, I love them, and can't get enough. So I figured I'd post and see if there's anyone else like me here... maybe we could get some suggestions for great new movies to watch, too. I'll start with a couple of my recent faves:

Hostel 2
Farmhouse (2008)
End of the Line

The latter two are a bit obscure, but I love that. Big-budget horror flicks just never seem to deliver.

Just watched the Dead Space movie the other day, it was pretty good.
And yes, I'm a horror addict myself.

Saw, all of them.
Skeleton Key, more spooky than anything.
All the Jason Movies, but they got old fast.

I think the Event Horizon was one of the scariest movie I have seen.
Not sure why, my wife thought it was nothing, but it freaked the heck out of me.

When I was a kid they used to have the "sunday horrors" on sunday evenings. I uesd to watch things like the Omen, Friday 13th, dawn of the dead, nightmare on elmstreet, Helloween, the exorsist..

More recently my fravorites are 20 days later and I am legend and the resident evil series (particularly #3).

I am addicted too, just not to horror films. I watch mostly drama or comedy (dramedy) but sometime a horror film makes it in there if it looks like a good one.

Some notables over the past year or two are:

Dead Set (Big Brother plus zombies)
Murder Party

that's it... and I'm not really sure those qualify as horror films but they were still ok movies. FYI, My favorite horror/monster movie of all time has to be Deep Rising.

That's an awesome film. It gets inside your head.

After seeing various real life situations.....These films mostly all look like poorly acted comedies. The term "event horizon" does stick in  my mind though. I think it may have a bit dif. meaning for the film
