Well, for me, I am not super active, but I do a bit of rock climbing, right now (weather wise, mostly indoor) bouldering, which is pretty muscle intensive. When it is less cold out, I do sport climbing outside, and some bouldering outside. I have a pretty solid upper body, not ripped, but just tone. Not that I am super worried. For me, climbing is about the experience, not achieving super hard routes.
I am worried though because my arms at their current look rather masculine. I know there are plenty of female climbers, but they just dont seem to have massive arms. I just want my arms to get into female norms, and not look like they are bulging veiny male arms.
I guess I should also add that I am 5'9 and 145lbs (ish).
