My profile only has a post summary and stats summary, and under changing my profile all I can do is change my e-mail address, whether or not people can e-mail me and change my password.  I'm worried because I check my mail in public all the time and all threads automatically send me e-mails upon reply.

I've turned off all your notification settings, so you shouldn't recieve any more emails. You'll be able to modify your own profile once you've made 15 posts. :)
