I recommend you take a huge step back whilst you still can.  The best hormones are those prescribed by a specialist practitioner following a thorough examination of your health and tolerances for such a powerful regime.

It is also vital that you are assessed by a gender specialist for suitabilty for hormone therapies but you say little of your objectives or your background.  You seem to wish to identify as female and are self medicating to that end however I go back to my opening words.  Self medication can trigger the most serious outcomes that may severely change your life in ways you may have not imagined.

I have no authority on this board and my words are for you to take heed or dispose of at your will however I wish you well and offer a welcome to our family.

 

the best hormones are those safely prescribed by a doctor.  however, if that's for some reason not an option, be as safe as you can about going it alone (clean needles, legit pills, etc.)
