I have a small shoe fetish (who hasn't..) and since starting my transition i tried to find shoes that fit . I  wasn't expecting to find a lot in my size , which is 13.5-14 womens . I can find many styles in size 13 though .
My question is this : i am on a diet and plan to loose approx. 60lbs . I am also on hrt although i dont think this is relevant  .  Do you think that because of the weight loss i will go down half or a whole  shoe size ? I am asking because i am in an aggressive diet and if all goes well i will reach my wight target in 4-5 months . If i go down a size then it will be a pity to buy now the 10 pairs i have set my  eyes on and have to replace them in 4 months .

I've heard that after starting hormones, some people lose up to a full shoe size.  And I'm thinking that with your weight loss, your feet might gradually get smaller as well just because they don't have to support so much.  But I'm not sure. :-\ Even if both of those are true, there's no guarantee it'd be true for you.

:) Good response, Tam Tam. Due to weight and muscle-loss one imagines her feet shrink. The bones don't but yes, what's around them usually does. Perhaps up to a size, but I imagine about a half-size may be more frequent.

The size guess is based entirely on reading what other people have said they have experienced through the years and my own size-decrease. :) So it's definitely a YMMV matter and purely anecdotal for the amount of decrease. The tissue loss, however is gonna happen. The variable will be how much is lost.

Ya might wanna wait on ten pair at once, just in case you don't get what you think may be average.

I have lost almost 40 pounds pre-hrt, and lost at least half a shoe size, probably closer to a full size. My ring size has also decreased as well. HRT is likely to reduce them even more.

60 pounds is a lot to drop, so you can expect some serious changes.

I found a shop here also that does custom shoes up to size 13 , they have so many designs my head was spinning .You can also give them a photo or an actual shoe and they will copy it and make it the size you want .
Even though my feet are kind of bonny i think i will postpone the shopping spree  for a little longer. Thank you all for your answers
