Yes they are still the same color for the most part.  They shift from brown to Hazel, but I think they shift further than they did before. I have heard from many people that it changes with HRT.

I did not know that they can change color, Melissa That is cool. I wouldn't want mine to anyway. They are like a ice blue.

I was under the misconception that hazel was much more of a green shade.  It really is a bit ambiguous.  From what I could find online, it's supposed to usually be light brown, but can include have green shades or medium shades of brown. It tends to also not appear as a solid color, but rather a more scattered look.

So, I guess my eyes are hazel.  I better go and get my license changed. ::)

A very dark brown. And no I've never noticed nor has anyone remarked on a color change on me.

Me eyes are Dark Brown,
It's kind of strange because Marciel's (My anima/feminine side/true self) eye color looks like a glowing aqua color. If I invert her eye color (the closest I can get)  in photo shop I always end up with my real eye color.
It probably represents Yin and Yang in some way.

Hey, I'm a pro, so I'll use pantone colours. ;)
Either I'm Pantone 168C=Golden Brown , or 791C=claret, a color between light and dark marroon.

Whatever code it is, I have a very warm medium brown.
That's why my original hair color, darkest brown just before black, doesn't quite suite me compared to being a redhead or even a golden blond.
My skin tone is Apricot, pantone 1555C or 1625C (neutral with an orange undertone)

I have basic brown. But one day at work, I was going over some work with a Turkish co-worker. She looked up at me just as the late afternoon sun was slanting through the window onto my face, and said to me, "Gözlerin bal rengi" which means 'Your eyes are honey-colored'. It was one of the nicest compliments I'd ever received, and sounded so sweet when said in Turkish. My beautiful eyes are my best feature, I'm grateful for them. When lit up by sunlight, the honey color becomes visible.
Here's what I find about compromise--
don't do it if it hurts inside,
'cause either way you're screwed,
eventually you'll find
you may as well feel good;
you may as well have some pride

Do you two mean amber eyes? I mean eyes that are literally the shade of amber stone.  My late partner had amber eyes. The most beautiful eye shade in the world. :'(

I was born with one brown eye and one green eye. Gradually, they both changed first to green, then to brown, and finally stopped at a yellowish-brown, or gold. My sister used to taunt me about it, which is why I remember so well. I've also had them called amber, but it depends on the lighting. More light makes the yellow show more. I wear glasses, so nobody except for my partners ever see 'em.
