I'm glad to announce that the Swedish Riksdag (parliament) voted in favour of a gender neutral marriage law today:). There are seven parties in the Riksdag and six of them voted for the new law (only the Christian democrats voted against it. Surprise!).

261 MPs voted in favour of the new law, 22 against and 16 didn't vote at all:)
