I'm 5'7", between 160 and 165 lbs.  Does 135 lbs really sound too light for someone my height?  Most of the weight would have to come from muscle loss.

It's pushing the limits that's for sure.  I'm also 5'7 and currently about the same weight as you.  My goal is around 145 lbs.

Here is a chart you might find interesting.

According to it I am about right for my height, frame and weight.  5'11", Medium frame, 145-159.

Since starting HRT I have lost more than 40 pounds. My ideal weight is 175. I have 9 pounds to go.

HRT has started to have a negative effect on me. I started HRT in 2003 and gradually my fat distribution has got worse and any fat I have acumilated is around the belly area. I wanted fat on my hips and butt but this hasn't happened. I excercise everyday but I will need lipo to shift the fat around my belly area.

Hi Sis

You sure it's not the candy and chocs that the cute guys are trying to chat you up with at the truck stops? :-* :-*

MMM...chocolate...Ya know that might have somthing to do with it.
I never thought of that. ;D. It really is starting not to bother me.
Alot of people are telling me that I don't look as heavy as I am (5'8'/190lb.),
several poeple have guessed around 130-140lb., the few that I have told
what my actual weight is have been honestly stunned. So, as long as I'm
healthy what does it really matter? Just as long as those little fat cells
keep working their way to where they should be.

Won't you be my neighbor?" - Fred Rogers
