On the FFS board, somebody mentioned the agave clinic in Marbella - Spain for FFS.  It's worth to mention Dr. Ivan Mañero in Barcelona - Spain for GRS too.  His meows are getting the attention of many GRS surgeons around the world & the fees aren't that bad either.  If you click on {galeria de imagenes} images gallery, you'll see his work.

Dr. Mañero was on my list when I was shopping for GRS surgeons.  I know a few peeps that have gone to him & have come back very satisfied with their results.  At the time I scheduled my surgery, he wasn't in Spain & I didn't want to wait so I chose Dr. Bowers instead.  As they say, everything happens for a reason..but you're right he's one of the best surgeons we've got here.

I'm not so sure about the SRS results. My Spanish isnt that great, but it seems he uses the penile inversion technique.

However the BA results look fantastic.

I dunno. The piccies look good but understand that's his way of advertising his clinic.  I travel to Spain sporadically. I've lived there. He's famous amongst the Spaniards but outside Spain, he isn't well known yet.
