You were physically attacked? What happened, are you okay? Do you want to talk about it?

Yeah what happened? 

Yeah, my car has been shot up with a BB gun on the headlights and windshield. My bicycle tires have been slashed and the chain bent so it won't trak right. Then three guys walk up laughing and start swingin' on me. This crap has been going on all winter long for months

Is there anything you can do about it? (Edit: I hope that doesn't come across as insensitive. I mean, I don't know what I would do in a situation like that, so that's why I asked. I realize now though it might come across the wrong way.)

I did kick the crap out of the guys who attacked me. But then hit my head on something, maybe the handrail, I'm not sure. I'm kinda clumsy sometimes. Actually, I didn't kick them. I just dropped them on their heads when they tried to kick me 

Virginia, Is there nothing you can do? Report it to the police? I know it sounds a stupid question but its it all because of "hate"?

It seems dear Sister that you are being targeted.  Is there someone who lives where you do that might behind these attacks?  What are the police doing about it?  And don't tell us you haven't reported them.

These are crimes and must be reported as such.  What does the law, in order area, say about your rights?

These are definitely directed at you.  Someone there is homo/transphoblic.  Please do something, now, before you are not here to rant to us.

I did report the vandalism to my car and an officer made a report. I don't know who called the police when I got jumped. They did haul the guy's off. One of them went to the hospital. The police questioned me awhile and let me go home. The EMTs wanted me to go get checked out, but I declined. I'm not sure how the guys got in the building. They don't live here and the entrances are locked at that time of night.

Every is just going about their business now and it seems to have been forgot about already

I'm so sorry--this is absolutely horrible.  I hope you get at least some kind of protection or support from law enforcement. 

Hopefully the vandalism was by the 3 guys the cops took in.  then they may be deterred a bit.

If you could aim a web cam at your car or bike, that might help if it happens again.

I think the three guys are def. deterred to bother me again at this point
