I see a psychiatrist on tusday. im a lil nerves and dont now what to expect, what to say.. anyone got any advice

Just say what you feel mate thats all. The only bit of advice I can offer you is be yourself open and honest and everything should go well

Take a deep breath, relax, and remember that he can't take what you say any further. It's almost as safe as talking to yourself.
And just be honest.

It went ok but im not sure if it went well or not there was so much more i wanted to say he asked the Qs my life besicley and my mentle health asking if i take meds ect ect witch was all no then he said maybe i should take anti depresent for some reson i dont want to go onto them i fill  like that will only hide my prob from myself and i need to face it i dunno he will be sending what he fill s about me to charing cross and in about 2mths i will hear back from then for some reson i fill like nothing is goin

Okay.. I don't really understand what you said. Is he referring you to Charing Cross or do you have to see him for a further 2 months.. then get there..!??!

No he said he will talk with charing cross or send what i have talked about to him and i will get a letter saying if i will  be going to charing cross and take it frm there for some reson i fill  like  they will tern me down it fill s like your life is in there hands its scary

Yeah I know what you are talking about. Its there desision to make. The meeting was it with a gender consillor?  I am sure they wont buddy.  Chin up

He also gave me a slip with my name and says PCT - Charing chase then it has funding - 1 2 1/2 wich im sure he said was the mths it should take for a reply

Good well if he told you about getting a reply then all sounds good. He has obviously referred you. )

You could always wait a week and then call Charing Cross and see if you have be put on a list?
