Hi all, I am a new one here. I am 26 MtF and I'm the Czech. I've been sorting my identity out for 6 months and I'd like to change a bit my face. i've been looking for a good FFS clinic for long time and it's not very easy to find the best one with good servoce and even for good price.

Can you recommend a cheap clinic with great post-op results??? It would be great if you put down a price as well.

Your English is a damn sight better than my Czech. I'm very intereseted in FFS but I'm frightened that cheap may be totally disfiguring. If you see some of the plastic jobs done in Hollywood in the magazines many look terrible. I know they may have been photoshopped by the magazine but I think we need to be very careful. If you get recommendations talk to people they have operated on.
