Top surgery - what do you tell the surgeon about how you want everything?

Did your surgeon ask you how you wanted everything? The nipple position, chest position, etc? Is there something I need to know about this? Or does the surgeon generally know how it'd look best on you?

Mister

i've known some people to have typed out lengthy emails regarding every minute detail of their chests.  I kept it simple-  I let Brownstein do to my chest what he felt would give me the best result possible.  he's done thousands, I've dreamt of one.  He wins.

I let Brownstein do his thing also.  I had no idea what to do other than lop them off.  My scars are a little wavier than I would have liked, and a bit different than pics I've seen on Transster, etc.  But I'm happy with it and can look in the mirror and smile, because they're GONE.

Heh, seems like Brownstein's a popular guy in these parts - I went to him also!

I more or less left it up to him, the only thing I said was that I wanted the nipples at the low end of the range - I'd heard (and seen in some of the photos of his results) that he has a tendency to place the nipples quite high up on the chest, and from a personal point of view I wanted them slightly lower than that. He was happy with me asking that, and I'm very happy with the overall result, including the nipple placement.

Nah, she just did what looked best, and I can't complain in the slightest!
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.

I went to Medalie, and I let him make those choices. And I am very happy with the results!

Yeah I am very happy with how everything looks including the nipple placement. I do have a little bit of dog ears on the sides, but I was VERY large before surgery, so this was unavoidable in my case. He did say he does revisions for a reduced price for people who have their initial surgery with him as well.

Hey Jbuzz. I'm going to medalie too. He did a good job, eh?

You'll have to let Josh and I know how that goes.  We're both going to him as well.  Better make a giant post about it when you get back!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me as well. I only went last December so all my info is probably pretty up to date.

Awesome.  I'll round up Josh and see if we can think up some good questions.
