Are there any natural ways to raise testosterone levels?

Not to the point of affecting any actual physical changes.

Just cause it's on Utube don't make it true.  Some foods can boot E levels due to growth hormones added to livestock feed, but everything on that vid is more or less BS.

No, although I have heard that drinking bull's urine can do so. First catch the bull, get it to piss in the glass and drink :D
Seriously, not safely and not at a level that would do anything useful. There are ways of raising E but they need a determined approach which may not be legal in all countries.

Check out this thread: http://www.butch-femme.com/portal/forums/showthread.php?t=22872 It talks about how to naturally raise T and the combination of options. Captain Longjack's website used to be the place to get this info but it appears gone. So I was able to find an archive of it here: http://web.archive.org/web/20070203185322/http://home.earthlink.net/~sbartone/CaptainLongjack.html

Be careful and still get checks on your liver and such as this can still have an effect.

yeah, this kid is a fool.  he's not a nutritionist, he's not a doctor, and he sounds like he's selling something.  also, does he look like he's had testosterone like effects? no.

Heh, good point. Although his food stuff isn't bad from a general nutrition point of view - flax seeds and olive oil are good for you. You can boost T levels a bit by exercise and building muscle too, but it still won't be enough to look like you're actually getting testosterone.

Yeah he has a website and had several Youtube videos, I believe some have been relocated. He is basically taking a ton of supplements to try and get the same effects as T. I am a little confused if you are afraid of the side effects of T why would you take a bunch of pills that you have no idea about their side effects when taken together. A human supplement guinea pig.

Um... as per that youtube punk....

You could buy 4 months' worth of testosterone for what it would cost you to buy all those supplements in quantities that would last a month. And yes, as others have said, quite obviously it hasn't done s*** for him. Someday he'll realize his voice is still soprano and he'll never pass for more than a 14-year-old boy... at best.

In other news, though, as I've noted on other threads of this nature, fish oil. I did tons of research, and it's about the only thing that, across the boards, will increase serum testosterone levels. However, that won't be nearly enough to cause any physical changes. Your best bet is to exercise, and if you're going the T route, get your ducks in a row so you can get on it as soon as possible.

Read an interesting article a while back that said the increased stress levels of working women is having an effect on their hormone levels, and causing them to develop more masculine body fat placement.  Probably not what you're looking for, though.  ;)
