Hello!

I was wondering what do people here think about GABA while on HRT.
I am wondering if it can increase testosterone therefore be a bad thing.

But I read somewhere that it helps body development, such as breast growth, because it causes the body to create more stem cells to build and repair itself!

Does anyone here know or have any experience with GABA? ^^

Hmmm... All I know about GABA is that it is a neurotransmitter involved in the transmission of pain signals. It is commonly used to treat neuropathy and a number of other neurological conditions. I've never heard of it having anything to do with stem cells or hormones. I had a GF who took prescription GABA enhancer for neuropathy and it tended to send her into lala land. Don't know about over-the-counter strength. I would be cautious.
